Looking to Leave The Firm

It appears that one Chicago Anchor is looking to leave the station. 

Sources tell FTVLive that Jeff Herndon, main Anchor Fox O&O (THE FIRM) WFLD is telling friends that he wants out.

Herndon's contract is up in October. He has been at the station since Oct. 2013, coming from KAKE in Wichita.

The station has quietly begun a search for a new male anchor but has not told anyone as to why?
