Police Ask Weatherman to Help with "Ghost" Mystery

When a Ghost comes into your parking lot and damages a car, who you going to call? 

If you said Ghost Busters... you would be wrong. 

When a strange phenomenon blew through the Hartford Police department's parking lot and damaged an officer's personal vehicle, police turned to NBC Connecticut Weatherman Bill Field.

A cop's personal car was damaged in the police station's parking lot.  At first, the officer assumed it was the work of vandals, but investigators saw something much more unusual when they looked at surveillance video of the lot.

The video shows a ghost-like image whirling around the car, ripping off the mirror, tossing it around a bit and then dropping right back beneath the door.
So they turned to Weatherman Field for an answer.
