Former WMAQ Anchor/Reporter Nesita Kwan has listed her three-bedroom, 2,213-square-foot condominium unit in Chicago's South Loop for $825,000.

Kwan signed off from the NBC in early 2015 after a more than 20-year career that included work as a weekend news anchor and a role for many years as the station’s health reporter.

Kwan bought the ninth-floor unit in 2003 for $657,000. Located in a building that was constructed in 2003, the condo has 2-1/2 baths, a meditation room, a large private terrace and a living room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. Other features include an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar, and a master suite with a large walk-in closet, a balcony and a bath with dual sinks.

“The space for the money is phenomenal,” listing agent Nadine Ferrata of Coldwell Banker said of the corner unit. “The layout is great, with a large living space. The floors were just redone, and it has an oversized outdoor terrace and the view is among some of the better views (in the area). It’s not really blocked by anything.”

FTVLive would buy it, but we're about $800,000 short. Do you think she'll take $25 grand?
