We have to admit, sometimes it is fun to sit back and watch the others scramble to cover a story that FTVLive FIRST broke a month and a half ago.

Back in mid-August, FTVLive reported FIRST and EXCLUSIVELY that former WABC Anchor Lori Stokes would be popping up across the street at Fox O&O WNYW in New York.

FTVLive reported a month and a half ago that Stokes would be anchoring the alongside longtime Fox 5 Anchor Rosanna Scotto and that current Fox 5 morning Anchor Greg Kelly would be out.

On August 21st, FTVLive doubled down on our original EXCLUSIVE and then a couple of days ago we again gave you all the details again.

Now, the NY Post is reporting that Greg Kelly is leaving WNYW and that Today is his last day. Of course, the Post gives no credit to FTVLive for breaking all this over a month ago.

TV Spy says they have confirmed the story. It only took them 6 weeks and again no credit to FTVLive.

Other sites are out there posting the news just now and acting like they are just breaking this big story.

So, while you guys read the papers and the other websites and chuckle at just how far BEHIND they are from FTVLive also know that this same story that FTVLive FIRST broke has been driving THE FIRM crazy.

Many of the WNYW Anchors found out that they were losing their jobs or being reassigned through the story on FTVLive. Despite the fact that The Firm already knew what they were going to do, they never told the staff. They had to find out from reading it here.

That is not the way to treat the staff and it would be so much better if station management would be more upfront and honest with their employees.
