WJAX (Jacksonville) Reporter Paige Kelton sent out this tweet yesterday.

Then Today, Beth Rousseau, a Reporter at the very same station says that the kid is in critical condition.

Now, either Ben came back to life overnight, or Kelton jumped the gun on reporting the kid's death. Also, it's never a good idea to get your information from a different high school, than the one the kid goes to. 

Ridgeview H.S. is located 10 miles away from Fleming Island H.S. I think I would try and get my info from Fleming Island. But that's just me.
