Leaving the Music City

Word is that WKRN Morning Anchor Dawn Davenport is going to drop one of her TV gigs. 

 Davenport Anchors WKRN's dominant morning newscast, alongside co-Anchor Neil Orne.

Davenport has laos moonlighted as a sideline Reporter for ESPN & the SEC Network while doing the morning newscast. 

Sources tell FTVLive that Davenport has a full-time offer from ESPN and is likely going to take it. 

Look for an announcement soon. 

BTW- WKRN is a Nexstar station, so it looks like this is not only a good move, but a smart one as well.
