Kid is Dead let's all Laugh

You would think that a News Director working in the state of Florida would understand that hurricanes and tropical storms are no laughing matter. 

But, Tegna's WTSP (Tampa) News Director Bob Clinkingbeard thought that making a little fun of Tropical Storm Cindy, which did not hit Florida was OK. 

I'm fairly certain that the family of the 10 year old boy that was killed by the storm, did not laugh as hard as Bob did.

Did I mention.....this is a Tegna News Director?
