Idiot Pleads Guilty to Dumping "White Powder" on Reporter

Las week, FTVLive told you that a man was indicted after he approached a Syracuse Reporter and dumped "white powder" on her.
The idiot approached WSYR (Syracuse) Reporter Farah Jadran back and dumped powder on her.
"Devin Helmer approached Farah Jadran and without warning, put on her an unknown powdery substance which caused her panic and alarm," the indictment read.
This week Helmer plead guilty to dumping the powder, which turned out to be flour on Jadran.
Helmer wanted to plead guilty last week. But County Court Judge Stephen Dougherty wanted to give his assigned lawyer time to go over the case.
Today, Helmer came back to court ready to plead guilty. Officially, he'll be sentenced to 6 months in jail and 4 1/2 years on probation.
But given that Helmer has been in jail all summer, he'll be released at the time of sentencing.
Helmer will be sentenced Nov. 1.
