Motown Reporter leaving for the ATF

After 3 years, a Motown Reporter is leaving the station and TV news and headed to the ATF.

WXYZ Reporter Ronnie Dahl is signing off for a gig with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

She announced the news to social media, adding that she’ll be working in the Detroit office of the bureau, so she’ll stay local.

“Thanks to all of you who shared kind words and well wishes,” she said on Facebook. “It’s been an adventure, Detroit.”

Dahl’s last day at the station is Today. She joined WXYZ in 2013.
