Trump Drops Lawsuit Against Bill Maher

Trump Drops Lawsuit Against Bill Maher

Donald Trump has at least temporally dropped his $5 million lawsuit against Bill Maher.

Trump sued Maher in February, claiming Maher skipped out on a promise to donate $5 mil to charity if Trump could prove he wasn't part orangutan. Maher made the offer during an appearance on "Leno" ... after Trump made his $5 million challenge to President Obama regarding his birth certificate.

In his suit, Trump said he formally responded to Maher's challenge with a copy of his birth certificate, proving he's the "son of Fred Trump" ... who is, in fact, not a monkey ... and Bill should have to pony up.

New Anchor Team Named in the Mile High City

In the matter of months, KDVR in Denver has lost it's main anchor team.

Now the station has named the new kids on the block.

Jeremy Hubbard and Deborah Takahara will become the new primary evening anchor team for Fox31 Denver News at 5pm and 9pm, beginning Monday, April 8.

Takahara has been anchoring those newscasts since mid-December, following the departure of Libby Weaver.

Hubbard succeeds Ron Zappolo, who will retire on Friday, after nearly 13 years as the primary evening co-anchor at Fox31 Denver. Zappolo, along with Weaver, was an integral part of the team that launched news on KDVR in 2000.

Hubbard is a Colorado native. He rejoined KDVR/KWGN in June, 2011 after four years at ABC News, where he co-anchored the network’s early morning newscasts “World News Now” and “America This Morning.”

Al Roker Visits White House without Crapping Himself

r-AL-ROKER-large570.jpg

Sometimes, it's the little things that count.

Today, NBC Al Roker visited the White House and we're happy to report, he didn't shit his pants.

Back in January, while pimping his new book, Roker admitted that he "pooped his pants" while visiting the WH. This happened after suffering some complications from surgery he had to help him lose weight.

This time Roker was in DC to help out in the White House Easter egg roll and is underwear stayed (basically) clean.

The most hated man in America, Matt Lauer was back at 30 Rock interviewing Chris Brown...the second most hated man in America.

No word if Lauer crapped his pants during the interview.

OK... Yes the Brian Williams Story was a Joke (but many of you fell for it)

nn_03sg_dg_xtalk_120904.video-260x195.jpg

FTVLive's story this morning that NBC Anchor Brian Williams was going to co-host the Today Show and anchor NBC Nightly News for the May book was our entry into the April Fools joke pool.

We thought that it was fairly clear after the first paragraph or so that it was a joke.

I mean, dropping Lauer off in the middle of Afghanistan with no crew or no money isn't something NBC would do.

Wait....maybe it is.

OK..... theAl Roker hiding Twinkie's and HoHo's is totally believable, but Hoda and Kathie Lee hiding the hard liquor in a cubby in Studio 1A? Everyone knows that the booze is locked up in their dressing room.
