NBC: Trump Flip Flopping on Mexico Wall

According to a tweet from MSNBC's Ari Melber, Donald Trump might be changing his plans on that "beautiful wall" between the US and Mexico.

So, first Trump flip flopped on  the mass deportations of the immigrants and now it appears he is doing the same on his wall. 

If the wall is now just going to be a virtual wall, will Mexico still have to “virtually” pay for it?
