A Memo from Rupert Murdoch

It appears that Rupert Murdoch is getting this whole, "running the newsroom" thing down fairly quickly.

He has sent out his second memo in as many weeks. 

This is the memo that Murdoch sent to the staff at Fox News, talking about the July ratings.
