No Duh.....
/WTAP (Parkersburg, West Virginia) sent out the news of a flash flood warning in the area.
Now, I know that most of the time, flash floods are caused by clear skies and lots on sun, this time WTAP says the the flooding is due to rain.
Who would have guessed that?
