Back in the Saddle

FTVLive is back in the office trying to plow through hundreds of emails, scores of texts and 65 voicemail messages.

Lucky for us, our 4 days off, we were never really off. I was working everyday for at least 4 or 5 hours in the office. No matter how hard I try to get some downtime, the job keeps pulling me back in.

The next time someone says how great it must be to own your own company, I'm going to start swinging.

My quest to play in the US Senior Open fell well short. So needless to say, I'm not headed to Columbus in August. I am headed to a long break from golf as I need to get a bad arm fixed and that is going to require some downtime.

I know that playing golf is a hard sport, playing it with one arm is really hard.

There is one interesting note from FTVLive's Best and Worst TV markets to work in.

55,391 people read the story of San Francisco as being the worst TV market on our poll. 35,213 read the story of Orlando being the best TV market.

Which proves, TV people love bad news more than good.

Then again, we all already knew that.

Now, it's time to get back to work.
