Crossing the Street in Albany

WTEN (Albany, NY) Anchor/Reporter Heather Kovar has signed off from the station, but she isn't going far.

Kovar is crossing the street to is competitor WRGB.

KOVAR had been anchoring the Weekend morning, but most recently she was working as the morning show Features Reporter.

It seems after getting knocked down a peg, she is ready for a change. 

“I’m very excited to work for WRGB, one of the oldest and most respected stations in the country,” said Kovar.

KOVAR came to WTEN from KVUE in Austin, Tx.

She'll start her new gig at WRGB next month.
