His Swan(son) Song

FTVLive was the FIRST (by hours) to report to report that Fox O&O executive Dennis Swanson had quietly left the company.

Swanson had made statements years ago that he was going to retire, but continued to stay on at The Firm.

Although, Swanson was still feared when he made station visits, people high up at at Fox tell FTVLive that Swanson was really no longer calling any of the shots. Some tell us that Swanson and Fox Television CEO Jack Abernethy did not get along well. 

FTVLive told you that an internal email went out saying that Swanson was already gone from the company. 

Since this is The Firm, someone might want to check on Dennis in a week or two to see if he's ok?
