The revolving door at Sinclair owned WPEC has been spinning fast lately and another one is getting ready to walk out.

Reporter Lauren Hills put in her two week notice but isn't saying where she is headed.

Hills joined the station in November 2011 and she is joining a long list of staff turnover since the arrival of News Director Mike McCormick two years ago.

McCormick's heavy handed tactics and his treatment of staff has dropped morale in the newsroom to an all time low according to one longtime staffer at the station.

Lauren might be headed for the Hills (see...it's a play on words?), be our station insider says she won't be the last to do so.
