When Did they Move the Entire City of Charleston?

I have to admit, I tried to stay off the computer as much as I could this weekend.

So, I guess I missed the news of them moving the entire city of Charleston, from South Carolina to North.  

According to WCYB in Bristol, Virginia, that is what seemed to have happened.
