RT America Correspondent Manuel Rapalo tweeted out that, just like the Fox News crew,  he saw a man got shot in Baltimore.

Then when the police came out and said no one was shot, Rapalo tweeted out:

Wait a minute! But didn't he say HE SAW it?

Either the Baltimore cops are lying or Brian Williams is teaching a Journalism class in Baltimore to Reporters.
