Seahawks Coach Video Bombs ESPN

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll made a guest appearance during a live ESPN report on Tuesday.

However, we're pretty sure it wasn't planned. 

Thank God Carroll added some movement to the live shot, because the ESPN Reporter appears to be frozen. I'm mean seriously, I thought it could be a cardboard cut out.
