DA Charges Former California Anchor

This time she's getting charged.
The Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday the filing of charges against former KCOY 12 news anchor Paula Lopez related to a DUI arrest on September 6.
The District Attorney's Office alleges the former Anchor drove with a blood alcohol content over .15, and that she willfully refused an officer's request to submit to a chemical test.
Her first court appearance is scheduled for October 19, 2015 in Santa Barbara Superior Court.
Lopez has been on and off the air at KCOY after a number of incidents over the years. The station has parted ways with her, but her erratic behavior continues.
