Must Have Been a Really Slow News Day in the 4th Market

You would think in a city as big as Philly and only a couple of newscasts all day, you would have plenty of solid news stories to fill the show. 

But it appears that was not the case.

Since when did TV stations start covering stories on some kids putting cherry bombs in a mailbox?
