CBS & Letterman Hit With Intern Lawsuit

The Eye network and The Late Show With David Letterman have been served with an intern class action lawsuit.

Mallory Musallam, who interned for Letterman for four months back in 2008, says she worked 40-hour weeks doing jobs other employees were paid to do. The lawsuit is seeking compensation for every intern since 2008.

Musallam goes by "MischievousMal" on Twitter, but her profile is locked down. Her LinkedIn profile seems to have been deleted.
