Weatherman Does Forecast Sitting Down

WTTE/WSYX (Columbus) Chief Weatherman Bill Kelly did his forecast from an easy chair.

Word is that Kelly broke his toe after hitting it on a suitcase.

As someone that has broken our toes a dozen or more times, I'm not sure he needed to be in a chair for that, but he was.
