Photographer is Carjacked After Slow Police Response

A Gunman turned himself in to an Australian News Photographer, who in turn called the police. The police response was so slow, that the gunman changed his mind about turning himself in and then carjacked the Photog's news car and drove off.

He crashed the news car and it was all caught on camera.
