2nd Grader Totally Owns Weather Report

Charlie Hale is a 2nd Grader and may now have a better weather resume tape than half the TV weather anchors out there.

Jump on him now TV agents, I'm thinking Charlie might be a star. 

The again, he says when he grows up he doesn't want to do weather, he wants to be a millionaire policeman (a very rare job indeed).
