MSNBC Cuts off Congresswoman for Breaking News

Yesterday MSNBC was talking to Congresswoman Jane Harman about the future of the NSA and what might happened. 

Anchor Andrea Mitchell then cut off the Congresswomen mid sentence for some very big breaking news.
