Where's the Judge's Sense of Humor?
/18-year-old Penelope Soto was busted for drugs down in Miami and she seemed to be adapting well to being in county lock up.
She had her bond hearing before Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat and seemed to be enjoying herself on the closed circuit camera and talking to the judge.
But, when she giggled and told the judge "adios" the judge raised her bond. She then got a bit pissed, dropped the F-bomb and flipped the bird at the judge.
