Longtime Virginia Anchor Stepping Down

After 3 decades, WAVY Anchor Alveta Ewell says you can stick a fork in her....she's done.

The Hampton Roads Anchor announced this week that she is retiring at the end of the month.

Ewell, whose 30-year career in Hampton Roads also includes time on the radio and at WVEC-TV, will do her last newscast on Feb. 26.
