FTVLive told you this morning that Meredith purchased KMOV in St. Louis and KTVK in Phoenix.

KTVK sources tell FTVLive that the Meredith suits are flying into Phoenix this afternoon. An "all hands on deck" meeting has been called for 3PM.

It will be a chance for the staff to meet their new owners.
