It appears that The Firm has been able to sell the fact that anchors, producing, audio, directing and running their own shows is a great thing.

Never mind the fact that you used to have a team of people working with you, to put on a quality product, lucky you as you get to do this all by yourself.

The fact that Fox got so many of the talent to buy into this, just shows you how The Firm is that good at manipulating their people.

I’m not sure how this format of a person doing it all by themselves is much different than some 12-year-old YouTuber doing the same thing out of his parent’s basement.

While these Fox talent continue to tell you that this is “the future”, be warned that this is the future if you want to work for Fox Television.

There are still some companies that care about the on-air product and aren’t just trying to put something, so cheaply done, out to viewers.
