Over 3 months ago, WCCB in Charlotte told Anchor Chris Gilmore that his job was being eliminated.

For the past 13 weeks, Gilmore, like many others have been reaching out to TV stations trying to find a job.

Thankfully, for Gilmore, his search is over.

Sadly, Gilmore’s story is not unusual. People across the industry are being laid off and trying to find jobs in an industry that is shrinking through corporate cuts.
