News Director Steps In

KXRM (Colorado Springs) News Director Josh Barlow stepped in to help edit the station’s newscast.

Yes, this is a Nexstar station, but you likely knew that.

I will say that I don’t have a problem with a News Director stepping in and doing jobs in the newsroom. I think it shows the staff that you’re willing to help out, and it helps garner respect.

At least, they didn’t have the intern doing it.
