Headed to South Carolina

Keith Savage got his first job straight out of college at Gray’s WBNG (Binghamton) as a Sports and News Reporter.

Now, he is headed to Nexstar’s WSPA in Spartanburg, SC.

This is the correct way to move through TV news. Start in a small market, then continue to make steps up to the bigger markets.

Unfortunately, these days, media companies are hiring people at stations in bigger markets, who clearly are not ready for that size market.

Congrats to Mr. Savage for taking the time to pay his dues.
