Is This the Biggest Ego in the Business?

I know trying to name the biggest ego in the business is sort of like trying name best pizza. There are a lot of choices, and everyone has a different taste.

But, when it comes to the list of giant egos in TV news, WBBM (Chicago) Weekend Anchor Dave Savini will likely be on most people’s list.

This guy floods his social media with selfies and loves talking about himself. This past weekend he posted at least 6 selfies in a single post.

On some weekends, he might just post 3 selfies in a single post.

He also loves posting pictures on himself in TV’s in local bars. He does this a lot.

You would think that by the time you get to a market like Chicago, you would be done with the selfie flooding of social media. But, when it comes to Dave Savini, his bar far favorite topic is Dave Savini.

I am a bit surprised that management has not tried to reel in his ego a bit. Then again, maybe they have and this is the toned down version.
