The Old Ball Game...

There was a time when I was the Executive Producer of Pittsburgh Pirates baseball games. I would travel with the team and spend hours in the production truck as we broadcast the games on WPXI in Pittsburgh.

Sadly, the Pirates stunk then and are still bad. They never gave the fans much to cheer about.

But, look in the background of of this Pirate up at the plate. I think this is the most excited that I have seen a Pirate fan in years.
