Any longtime reader of FTVLive may remember the name Joan Barrett. She was the GM of the Nexstar duopoly in Denver, before leaving (getting pushed out) the Mile High City to work for Tegna’s WCNC in Charlotte.

FTVLive would post her internal memos (a lot) and it used to drive Barrett nuts.

Now that Nexstar has acquired Tegna (although the deal is being held up by a court order), Barrett’s days might be numbered. She left Nexstar for Tegna, but Nexstar may soon be back in charge.

Barrett took to Facebook to post a realtor video of her house that she has put up for sale.

She told one commenter that she was “downsizing” but I would bet this has more to do with the Nexstar/Tegna deal then it does with anything else.

But, we can’t be for sure, because for once, we didn’t get the memo.
