ABC to Cut Anchor Role?

As you have likely heard, Disney is looking to cut around a thousand jobs, mainly in the marketing division.

But, we hear that Disney’s ABC might be cutting and Anchor job.

Right now, Good Morning America Weekends is anchored by Whit Johnson and Gio Benitez. This after the network suddenly got rid of Janai Norman.

Sources tell FTVLive that ABC Correspondent Rachel Scott has been lobbying the news bosses to get Norman’s old spot.

But, we also hear that ABC might decide to go down to just two Anchors of the show, part of an effort to save some more money.
