When the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump sent a birthday card to his good friend Jeffery Epstein, which included a drawing on a naked woman’s body, Trump sued the paper, calling it “fake news.”

When the Epstein files dropped, the American people saw that it wasn’t fake, but was very much real. A judge looked at the evidence and dismissed the lawsuit against the WSJ.

The White House released a statement, claiming that Trump will continue to pursue the lawsuit. “President Trump will follow Judge Gayles’s ruling and guidance to refile this powerhouse lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal and all of the other Defendants. The President will continue to hold accountable those who traffic in Fake News to mislead the American People.”

My bet is the suit is not refiled and Trump will try and quietly let it go away.

While most of the media are afraid to report on Trump, or question him in anyway, the Wall Street Journal did so and the judge sided with them.
