We Have Heard This Before

Former KUTV (Oakland) Anchor Frank Somerville has been battling alcoholism for years.

Each time he has an alcohol-related incident (getting arrested, etc.), he makes a statement that he has turned his life around and is finally sober.

But then, he gets drunk again, and it’s the same story over and over.

He posted another video saying that he has turned his life around and is once again sober.

I think we all hope that this time it really is the truth, but past history shows us that we’ll just have to wait and see.
