I'm Still Going with the Groundhog

KYW (Philly) Met Andrew Kozak tries to show why he is better than Punxsutawney Phil when it comes to forecasting the weather.

He makes some good points, but I’m still going with Phil. Also, I don’t believe that Kozak is 100% free of fleas and ticks.
