Breaking the Law in Waco

A ice/snow storm hit the Waco, Texas area, and of course the local news stations ate it up.

But, one news anchor took it to the next level in stupidity. KCEN Anchor Lindsay Liepman was driving down the interstate with the phone in one hand recording and the other hand on the wheel. It’s illegal to do that in Texas, but it doesn’t end there.

As Liepman was moving her phone camera around you could see her registration expired nearly a year ago.
