If you look at the LinkedIn page of WCYB (Bristol) Anchor/Reporter Heather Williams, you will see that she has a lot of responsibilities at the Sinclair station.

It reads in part, “Anchor weekday sportscasts on WCYB and WEMT. Manage the day to day operations of the sports department. Coordinate Sinclair Broadcast Group’s Daytona 500 coverage and provide content for its 70+ newsrooms. Maintain the sports section of WCYB.com and produce a weekly NASCAR podcast called "The Backstretch." Produce and anchor sports specials. Executive producer of special projects for the news department. Communicate with viewers via social media.”

Well, apparently, after 11 plus years doing all that, it wasn’t enough for Sinclair or the station.

Williams posted on social media that she has worked her last day at the station. When asked about it, she reply that her exit was not her decision.
