Another Trump Lawsuit is Tossed by a Judge

Remember when the Wall Street Journal reported on the icky birthday note that Donald Trump sent Jeffery Epstein?

You may remember that Trump denied sending it and decided to sue the WSJ for billions of dollars.

Well, like many of Trump’s lawsuits, this one was tossed by a judge. Judge Darrin Gayles of Florida issued the ruling over the weekend, finding that Trump failed to prove the paper acted with "actual malice" by reporting on his links to Epstein.

Gayles dismissed the amended complaint with prejudice, meaning it can't be refiled.

Trump vowed to continue to file lawsuits, despite losing this one.
