Can you imagine, the day before Halloween, you are set to have surgery. You are wheeled into the O.R., and there is your doctor, not in scrubs, but dressed as Batman. The nurse is dressed as Wednesday Adams.

How confident would you feel before they start cutting on you?

It is certainly not a professional look.

Yet, viewers who tuned into the WXXV (Gulfport, Mississippi) to get their early news, were treated to the Anchors dressed up for Halloween. Despite the fact that it wasn’t even Halloween yet.

You reading the top stories dressed as a comic book character, and a kid from a TV show.

If this was a couple of 5th graders, doing their school newscast, that would be fine. But, these people are supposed to be professional Journalists.
