No Objectivity Issues at All....Right?
/Forget the traditional country club or a quiet steakhouse in Manhattan. When the face of prime-time and the face of the morning-show desk decide to tie the knot, the bleeding-obvious corporate headquarters is only one place: Mar-a-Lago.
Fox News stalwarts Sean Hannity and Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt took their pre-wedding festivities straight to Palm Beach, hosting their rehearsal dinner at Donald Trump’s private resort—effectively turning the compound into an auxiliary Fox News command center.
According to reports, the guest list read like a cross-reference sheet between the Fox executive suite and the West Wing roster. Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott and Fox News President Jay Wallace were reportedly on hand to break bread alongside the network’s top brass. Naturally, Earhardt’s Fox & Friends sidekicks Steve Doocy, Lawrence Jones, and Brian Kilmeade also made the trip down south to toast the happy couple.
Of course, no gathering at the estate would be complete without Dear Leader himself. Donald and Melania Trump were front and center, joined by an entourage of political heavyweights including Eric and Lara Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.
Addressing the optics of holding a high-profile media-political crossover event at the private club of a sitting president,Hannity preemptively insisted to Fox News Digital that he “paid fair market value” for the venue. Because nothing screams "totally normal media-political firewall" quite like cutting a check to the boss for your rehearsal dinner.
With the network's executive leadership, prime-time stars, morning anchors, and political power players all under one gilded roof, one has to wonder: was this a rehearsal dinner, or was it just the network's next quarterly programming meeting?
