More Sinclair Consolidation
/
An internal email sent to the staff at Sinclair-owned WHP-TV/CBS 21 in Harrisburg, PA, has the staff thinking that more consolidation is happening at the company.
The email came from Sinclair HR suit David Hockenberry. He informed employees that he has officially transitioned from temporarily supporting WHP and WOLF to a permanent HR Generalist position covering Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, and Baltimore.
He will be based in Baltimore.
It appears that Sinclair thinks that some of their stations don’t need an HR person physically at the station and will have the person do the job from another state.
The consolidation game continues.
