"Marco Rubio We Salute You"

More proof that CBS Evening News has gone far off the rails.

Bari Weiss’s puppet, Tony Dukoupil, took time out of the national newscast to post memes of Marco Rubio in the evening news.

He then ended the segment by saying, “Marco Rubio, we salute you.”

Everyone expected that under Bari Weiss, CBS News was going to become a cheerleader for the Trump administration, but I’m not sure that anyone ever thought it would go this far.

When you start “saluting” a White House official, how are we expected to trust your coverage of the same White House? Also, taking up your newscast with internet memes? Dukoupil is a joke.
