Sure Looks Like an Ad

Over at The Firm’s WFLD in Chicago, Anchor Tia Ewing posted what surely looked like an ad on her social media.

She tagged the post saying, “Not Selling”, “Not Sponsored”, but it sure looks like it.

Why are you naming the business if it is not an ad? Also, did you pay full price for the service? If this was a legit news story, why not tell the story through someone who is not talent on your station?

If it looks like an ad and smells like an ad, it is an ad.
