Can Someone at Tegna Show Me...

Here is a post by KVUE (Austin) pixie Hannah Rucker in which she just posts silent videos of her on TV with music playing.

Can someone from Tegna show me how this helps her credibility, the station’s credibility, or brings viewers into the newscast?

I have asked these types of questions to media companies many times and have never gotten an answer.
